Always had good service here

Had our annual car service done here – they have looked after our cars for a few years now for services, MOT’s and repairs.
This car does not do too many miles each year (around 3000) so instead of automatically doing everything listed for a service they checked it over and just did what was necessary to keep it maintained – as agreed in advance. As a pensioner this works well as it keeps car cost down.
Received a call to say it was ready and on collection work done was explained and advisory on a tyre given.
Staff have always been friendly and helpful.

Thank you for your fast and friendy assistant, the best we have expierinced yet , down for mother`s funeral with motor home, brake problems staff very eager to help nothing was to much trouble,everything explained simply and quickly, We wish to thanke all the staff for their positive and caring attitude at this time.

outstanding service- came promptly as promised for breakdown,spent a short while checking the bike and sorted out the problem- was able to ride home on bike rather in the breakdown van!!
Craig really knows his way round a motorbike!! Nice guy, knowledgeable, and thanks for the very useful and free tutorial!!

Rescued my mini cooper myself and my daughter after radiator split. Can’t thank your operative enough. Took us back from Worcester to Nantwich. Good end to a not so perfect day.Excellent service.

Outstanding Service

Our alternator ceased up on M5. AVS came out and towed us to their garage in Kidderminster. A replacement alternator arrived in a short time but had a part missing. AVS very kindly offered us a complimentary car to complete our journey to Peterborough. We arrived back the following day to find that AVS were waiting for the 4th alternator as all previous ones ordered had been incorrect (not the fault of AVS). The part arrived and this proved to be the correct one and we were on our way. The bill was very reasonable considering the work undertaken on the four alternators. We cannot praise highly enough the professional, friendly service we received from all the staff at AVS and would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family.
